Blog 4: Post-Graduate Studies
Hi everyone.
I love archeology, which is the career I study, and I am sure that I want to study a postgraduate degree related to this same area, especially I would like to enter the Magister of Archeology at the University of Chile.
Apart from this magister, I am also interested in studying abroad, in particular something related to archeology and historiography of old world civilizations, such as Egypt, Greece or Rome. This is because since I was a child I have felt a fascination with these cultures, I have always felt more linked to those remote realities than to my own reality, deep down it has something of escapism. I would like to go to Europe to study postgraduate studies related to the oldest civilizations of the Levant and Europe, and then investigate their remains directly. Obviously it is more likely that I have my studies and my work in Chile, or if I am lucky in near countries; but dreaming is free.
About the study modality, I prefer the face-to-face class, the archeology requires practical knowledge that serves to carry out face-to-face work in the excavation work; in contrast, online classes do not provide this kind of knowledge in the most appropriate way.
